• 本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などをお尋ねすることはありません。
• 学習履歴はお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者を含む外部に送信されることはありません。
• アプリの改善のため、個人を特定しない形での利用状況の統計とクラッシュ情報を取得します。
• 無料版では広告を表示します。広告の配信のため、広告事業者が一定の情報を取得する場合があります。
• 広告は常に非パーソナライズ広告（利用者の興味関心に基づかない広告）として配信し、本アプリは利用者を追跡しません。

本アプリの開発者は、利用者ご本人を特定できる情報を取得しません。具体的には次のとおりです。

• アカウント登録の仕組みがなく、氏名・メールアドレス等を入力する画面がありません。
• 学習履歴（どの問題に何と答えたか、復習の予定、連続学習日数）は、端末内の保存領域にのみ記録されます。
• 本アプリは、これらの学習履歴そのものを外部のサーバーへ送信する機能を持ちません。
• 利用者が「学習データを書き出す」機能を使った場合、書き出し先（メール、メモアプリ等）は利用者自身が選択します。開発者はその内容を受け取りません。

どの機能が使われているか、どこで不具合が起きているかを把握し、本アプリを改善するため、Google が提供する Firebase Analytics および Firebase Crashlytics を利用しています。

取得する情報は次のとおりで、いずれも個人を特定できるものではありません。

• アプリの起動、画面の切り替え、学習を始めた／終えたといった操作の記録
• 回答が正解だったかどうか、分野の別といった、操作に付随する情報（どの問題に何と答えたかは送信しません）
• アプリのバージョン、端末の機種、OS のバージョン、おおまかな地域（国・都道府県程度）
• アプリが強制終了した場合の、発生箇所を示す技術的な記録
• 端末ごとに割り当てられる識別子（アプリを削除すると新しいものに変わります）

これらは統計として集計する目的でのみ利用し、利用者ご本人を特定する目的や、本アプリ以外での行動を追跡する目的には利用しません。第三者へ販売・提供することもありません。

無料版では、結果画面（1回の学習を終えた後の画面）にのみ広告を表示します。出題中および解説の表示中には広告を表示しません。

広告の配信には Google が提供する Google AdMob を利用しています。広告を表示するにあたり、AdMob が広告識別子等の情報を取得する場合があります。

本アプリは AdMob に対し、常に非パーソナライズ広告を要求するよう設定しています。非パーソナライズ広告は、利用者の過去の行動履歴や興味関心に基づかず、表示中のコンテンツ等の限られた情報に基づいて配信されます。ただし、非パーソナライズ広告であっても、不正防止・頻度制限・課金などの目的で最小限の情報が利用されることがあります。

広告の削除: アプリ内課金（買い切り）により広告を非表示にできます。購入後、本アプリは広告を一切読み込まなくなります。

広告削除の購入手続きは、Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）が提供する仕組みを通じて行われます。 支払い情報（クレジットカード番号等）は本アプリを経由せず、開発者が知ることはありません。

購入の有無を示す情報は、端末内および各ストアのアカウントに記録されます。機種変更時は「購入を復元する」から復元できます。

本アプリは、復習すべき問題がたまった日にお知らせを表示します。この通知は すべて端末内で作成・表示されるもの（ローカル通知） であり、開発者や第三者のサーバーを経由しません。プッシュ通知のためのデバイストークンを取得・送信することもありません。

通知は初回の学習を終えた際に許可をお伺いします。許可しなくても、すべての機能を制限なくご利用いただけます。許可後にお知らせを止めたい場合は、端末の設定アプリからいつでも変更できます。

本アプリの問題データはアプリ本体に同梱されており、学習そのものはインターネット接続なしで動作します。通信が発生するのは、広告の取得時、アプリ内課金の手続き時、および第2項の統計・クラッシュ情報の送信時のみです。

本アプリは宅地建物取引士試験の受験者を対象としており、13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。開発者は児童から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

本アプリの問題および解説は、宅地建物取引士試験の学習を支援する目的で作成したものです。作成にあたっては正確を期していますが、法令の改正等により内容が最新でない場合や、誤りが含まれる場合があります。 本アプリの内容は法的助言ではなく、実際の取引や試験の判断にあたっては、必ず法令の原文および公式の情報をご確認ください。 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いかねます。

• The App requires no account and never asks for your name, email, or phone number.
• Study history is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer or any third party.
• Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports are collected to improve the App.
• The free version shows ads. Ad providers may collect limited information to serve them.
• Ads are always requested as non-personalized, and the App does not track users.

The developer of this App does not collect any information that identifies you personally.

• There is no account system and no screen asking for your name or email address.
• Study history (which question you answered and how, review schedule, streak) is recorded only in on-device storage.
• The App has no feature to transmit this study history itself to any external server.
• If you use the "export study data" feature, you choose the destination (email, notes app, etc.) yourself. The developer never receives that content.

To understand which features are used and where problems occur, the App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google.

The following is collected, and none of it identifies you personally.

• Records of actions such as launching the App, switching screens, and starting or finishing a study session
• Data attached to those actions, such as whether an answer was correct and which category it belonged to (the specific question and your answer are not transmitted)
• App version, device model, OS version, and approximate region (country or prefecture level)
• Technical records identifying where a crash occurred, if the App terminates unexpectedly
• A per-device identifier, which is replaced with a new one if you delete the App

This data is used only for aggregate statistics. It is never used to identify you, never used to track your activity outside this App, and never sold or provided to third parties.

Ads are shown only on the results screen (after finishing a study session), never while answering questions or reading explanations.

Ads are delivered via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect an advertising identifier and related data to serve ads.

The App always requests non-personalized ads from AdMob. Non-personalized ads do not rely on your past behavior or interests, only on limited contextual signals. Even so, minimal data may still be used for fraud prevention, frequency capping, and billing.

Removing ads: A one-time in-app purchase removes ads entirely; the App stops loading ads after purchase.

The ad-removal purchase is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Payment information such as card numbers never passes through the App and is never known to the developer.

Purchase status is recorded on-device and in your store account, and can be restored via "Restore purchase" after a device change.

The App shows a reminder on days when reviews have piled up. This notification is created and shown entirely on-device (local notification) and never passes through the developer's or any third party's server. No device token for push notifications is ever collected or sent.

Permission is requested right after your first study session. All features remain fully usable if you decline, and you can change the setting anytime from your device's Settings app.

The question data ships inside the App, so studying itself works fully offline. Network requests occur only when fetching an ad, processing an in-app purchase, or sending the statistics and crash reports described in section 2.

The App targets adult examinees studying for Japan's real-estate transaction manager qualification and is not directed at children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect information from children.

The questions and explanations are created to support exam preparation and are checked for accuracy at the time of writing, but laws change and errors may exist. This content is not legal advice — always verify against the primary legal text and official sources before relying on it for real transactions or the exam. The developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

If this policy changes, this page will be updated along with the "last updated" date. Material changes will also be announced in the App.
